Prepare and manufacture pilot-scale batches in accordance with approved batch instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable safety and quality requirements.
\tComplete and maintain accurate batch records, production documentation, and related records in a timely and compliant manner.
\tWeigh and prepare ingredients, materials, and samples for pilot plant and laboratory activities in accordance with established procedures.
\tAssist with equipment setup, changeovers, and test runs for various product and package configurations, as required.
\tSupport production operations, including weighing, blending, filling, packaging, cleaning, and other related activities as assigned.
\tPerform material weighing and handling activities in accordance with established requirements and safety practices.
\tBlend materials in accordance with approved batch records, SOPs, and applicable quality standards.
\tClean and maintain equipment, work areas, and rooms in accordance with established cleaning procedures and specifications.
\tSupport laboratory activities and operate laboratory equipment in accordance with training, procedures, and applicable safety requirements.
\tSkills:Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, work assignments, and operational needs.
\tEffective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document work clearly and accurately.
\tStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.

\tWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications or similar business software.

\tEducation:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
