What You'll Do
As an AI Robot Trainer, you'll play a direct role in teaching robots how to move, interact, and perform real-world tasks.
- Wear motion capture and sensor equipment to demonstrate human movements and actions
- Generate high-quality training data used to improve AI and robotic performance
- Work with cutting-edge technology including sensors, computers, and robotic systems
- Identify and report equipment issues, bugs, and system anomalies
- Provide feedback that helps engineers continuously improve AI models and workflows
- Follow structured processes to ensure accurate, consistent data collection
- Help shape the future of robotics through hands-on work that directly impacts development

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
