MVNN Motors Car Rentals service San Jose (near Airport) and SJC. For customers, we are fully remote. The ideal candidate will be flexible, dependable, conscientious and most importantly, have a positive attitude. Must be able to work independently, problem-solve and make good decisions.
We need help maintaining rental vehicles which could involve regular maintenance needs like inspections, fluid checks, oil change, brake pad changes, spark plugs and cleaning the vehicle.
* Need to be responsible with company Credit Card, Cell Phone and other equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain fleet vehicles, ensuring timely preventative maintenance
- Deliver vehicles to clients in the Bay Area
- Maintain inspection documentation for each vehicle
- Coordinate major repairs with repair shops/ dealerships
- Engage in job-embedded professional development to grow
- Communicate timely and effective with stakeholders
- Source and purchase parts, while remaining price-conscious
- Clean vehicles and prepare for rental; deliver as needed
Requirements
- Experience with auto mechanical repair/ maintenance
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
- Clean Driving Record
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Pass drug screening AND criminal background check
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service abilities.
- Positive attitude, dependable and willingness to do what it takes.
