Full Time Team members work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.
Peak Season (July-December) Requirements
Mandatory overtime which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

BSN Sports, A Varsity Achievement Brand, is looking to hire a Production Associate. As an Embroidery Specialist, this role is responsible for assisting with the production of screen-printed material. Roles include the production, coating, and cleaning of screens used in the screen-printing process, quality check finished product based on customer specifications, assisting on press loading material and by applying ink to screens, and the movement of material throughout the facility, and the use of an RF scanner.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Reviews work order, observes specifications and any special notes, and prepares work area to start to print multi-color work.
- Direct physical activity is required to maintain their productivity while meeting the highest quality specifications.
- Quality check decorated garments based on customer specifications.
- Monitor the stitching process to ensure high-quality output, checking for errors or defects.
- Perform basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure they operate smoothly.
- Keep track of production schedules and inventory levels of materials.
- Work with designers and production teams to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
- Great attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment

- Ensures that their area and equipment is kept clean, wiped down with press wash at least once per week.

QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES
- Familiarity with embroidery machines and software.
- Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.
- Capable of troubleshooting machine issues and making necessary adjustments.
- Understanding of design principles to assist in the creation of appealing patterns.

- A reliable team member that employees can count on every day to be punctual.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with repetitive body movements and lifting of no less than 15 lbs.

- Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
