Job Description

We’re hiring a Customer Service & Lead Qualification Representative for our Calabasas, CA office on behalf of our premier financial services client in the wealth preservation space. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound clients who have already requested information about retirement and wealth preservation planning. You’ll answer questions, ask structured discovery questions using approved scripts, and hand qualified prospects to our senior account executives. This is an inbound customer service role with no cold calling and no closing.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound inquiries by phone and answer initial questions professionally
• Use approved scripts to conduct discovery on client goals and financial positioning
• Qualify leads and facilitate warm hand-offs to senior account executives
• Record call details accurately in the CRM
• Work on-site in a collaborative team environment with ongoing coaching and support

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (paid regardless of bonus performance)
• Performance Bonus: Additional earnings tied to qualified lead hand-offs
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Qualifications & Licensing

• Professional experience in customer service, inbound call centers, banking, hospitality, retail, or entry-level sales
• Clear, professional phone communication and strong active listening skills
• Reliable in-office attendance and punctuality
• Comfort following compliance guidelines and structured scripts
• Licensing: No financial, securities, or insurance license is required at hire.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a strong plus.

Location & Commute

Full-time, on-site role in Calabasas, CA. Easily accessible for candidates living in Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills, West Hills, Encino, Tarzana, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Hidden Hills, Malibu, and Thousand Oaks.
