Key Qualifications:
- Active California Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) credential required
- Ability to provide a screenshot of current CTC documentation
- Experience serving PreK special needs students preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance standards
- Strong rapport-building and classroom management skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver specialized instruction for PreK students in accordance with IEPs
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and program planning
This full-time role spans 35–37.5 hours each week and offers a rewarding opportunity to directly impact students early in their educational journeys.
