Minimum 2 years recent Home Health LPN/LVN experience required CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA), Valid Driver’s License / LICENSE – Active LPN/LVN License / EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) / PAY IS ALL‑INCLUSIVE (Mileage not paid) Schedule: 8 hr day shifts, Monday–Friday / 40 hrs per week guaranteed / Orientation: 12 hrs
