Senior Construction Manager
Super Company is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead on-site construction efforts and help ensure successful project execution in Mountain View, California.
Position Summary
The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing in-office construction management activities and supporting the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects at 2600 Marine Way, Mountain View, CA 94043-1126. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, timelines, and accountability across all phases of work, and to perform essential on-site duties with reasonable accommodations as needed. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach and can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day construction management activities for on-site projects.

Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution to support timely and effective delivery.

Monitor construction progress and ensure work is performed in alignment with established project objectives.

Serve as a key point of coordination among project teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Identify project risks, issues, and potential delays, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, work plans, and operational priorities.

Ensure construction activities are organized, documented, and communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Conduct regular site oversight and review activities to maintain visibility into project status and performance.

Promote accountability, quality execution, and strong communication across all parties involved in construction efforts.

Assist in resolving field issues and operational challenges in a timely and effective manner.

Required Qualifications

Compensation
Minimum salary: $50,000.00 - Maximum salary: $70,000.00
