Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary-age students
- Deliver direct therapy services, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to integrate therapy goals into daily routines
- Document services and student responses accurately and in compliance with district and state standards
- Participate in meetings and provide input for IEP teams regarding student needs and progress
