Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatch Clerk to join our team. The Dispatch Clerk will help coordinate the movement of goods, vehicles, and/or workers by scheduling transportation, tracking drivers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily dispatch operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule transportation, deliveries, pickups, or assignments.
Track drivers, vehicles, shipments, and scheduled activities.
Maintain accurate dispatch and transportation records.
Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding schedules and updates.
Monitor schedules and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure dispatch information is entered and maintained accurately.
Assist with resolving scheduling or transportation issues.
Follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide administrative support to the dispatch team as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with computers and maintaining records.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Schedule & Availability

Sunday through Thursday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Must be available to work overtime as needed
Must be available to work occasional Fridays

Compensation

$19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
