This position offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time hours based on your preference. If you are an SLP with your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or a skilled SLPA, your expertise is valued and encouraged.

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Active SLP license (with CCC preferred) or SLPA certification valid in California
  • Recent experience working in a school setting, assessing and supporting students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with dedication to timely documentation and progress reporting
  • Commitment to fostering student growth and engaging families throughout the therapy process

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering direct and consultative speech/language therapy to students
  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and collaborating on Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
  • Monitoring progress, documenting services, and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Communicating effectively with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Contributing positively to an inclusive and supportive school community
