Qualifications:
- Valid and active California ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) credential is required

- Previous experience working with PreK students in a special education setting
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with parents, staff, and allied professionals
- Passion for individualized instruction and adaptive learning techniques
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to PreK students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and support staff for cohesive instruction
- Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and modifications
- Track student progress, adjusting plans to support social, emotional, and academic growth
- Engage in active communication with families to foster student achievement
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with all required documentation
