Job Description

We sell beverages, bagged tea & bagged coffee at farmer's markets! Looking for an individual who:

- Will learn about our product and ingredients
- Builds customer relationships
- Is reliable, consistent, punctual
- Will feel purpose in working with us
- Enjoys entertaining crowds of people
- Provides great customer service
- Is well groomed. We handle food.
- Is able to lift 50lbs.
- Regular weekly availability 1, 2 or 3 days a week/ part time:
- Every Saturday (or any of these days)
- Long-term. 6-12 months min.
- Must have a reliable car and insurance! (Capable of transporting our boxes, tables., tent, etc.)
- Must love to chat, engage with the general public!

SHIFTS:
Saturdays - 6am - 2pm approx
Other shifts available on other days..

MARKET:
Day starts and ends in Palm Springs at our warehouse.
- Pack and load boxes of tea and coffee, load all necessary items
- Drive to market, unload, set up
- Sample actively, reach out to walkers by, engage with potential and return customers
- Break down booth, drive back, unload.

COMPENSATION:

Pay is guaranteed $20 per hour or 20% of total sales, whichever is higher is your pay.
