Job DescriptionWith over 700 locations in Japan and a rapid growth in the U.S, Gyu-Kaku is looking for candidates that are passionate about people and food to help spread out our dining culture with the world.We are hiring Part-time Dishwasher at Gyu-Kaku Tustin, CA Responsibilities:

• Follows sanitation standards and always keeps workstation clean and sanitized.
• 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware and grilling equipment.
• Helps with other tasks as assigned by Manager on Duty.
• Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available
• Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation

Qualifications:

• Restaurant experience preferred
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
• Must maintain good hygiene
• Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain great enthusiasm
• Be a team player with strong work ethics
• Must be able to work weekends and holiday season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
