We are looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team!
You will service, repair, and install heating and air conditioning systems.
Compensation:
$18-$50 per hour, depending on your skill level and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- Perform HVAC system removals and replacements
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain service vehicles in top condition
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed on each job
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Technical training or certification in HVAC systems
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to work Saturdays and overtime during peak season
- Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Able to pass a drug test when asked.
- Must pass a background check in accordance with company policy and applicable law
- Have all necessary work tools.
- Own a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work in your name, with insurance and valid registration.
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Reseda, CA
