This isn't a back-office drafting desk. Due to rapid growth, you will step directly into an active, high-stakes caseload, collaborating with elite trial attorneys on complex catastrophic injury, product liability, and wrongful death matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex personal injury and wrongful death portfolios from inception through resolution.
- Conduct and defend critical depositions (parties, experts, and corporate witnesses).
- Draft and argue heavy-hitting dispositive motions and motions in limine.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional trial squads on aggressive courtroom strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of civil litigation or trial prep experience with an active California bar license.
- Strong deposition instincts and persuasive writing skills.
- Open to both pure plaintiff attorneys and sophisticated defense litigators looking to cross over.
- Prior exposure to mass torts or class actions is a major plus, but not required.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
