Location: San Jose, CA
Available Shifts:
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday–Saturday (Tuesday Off)
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday–Saturday (Wednesday Off)
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Job Summary
We are hiring dependable General Labor Associates to support daily warehouse and facility operations. This position involves consistent physical work, material handling, loading assistance, and supporting day-to-day warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
• Unload incoming trucks and handle materials safely
• Stage products for processing or loading
• Load trailers and assist with outbound shipments
• Work with dollies and moving equipment to transport materials
• Dispose of trash and maintain a clean work area
• Support check-in and general warehouse operations as assigned
• Perform manual labor tasks, including repeated lifting of up to 60 lbs
Requirements
• Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs consistently
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the full shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus
