Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Active RN license required
</li>
<li>
Current BLS certification required
</li>
<li>
Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience
</li>
<li>
Minimum 2 years leadership or charge nurse experience
</li>
<li>
Strong triage and urgent response experience
</li>
<li>
Experience with patient safety and incident reporting
</li>
<li>
Leadership, mentoring, and staff development experience preferred
</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Lead and coordinate nursing care
</li>
<li>
Supervise patient assessments and care planning
</li>
<li>
Assist with urgent/emergency response coordination
</li>
<li>
Mentor and support junior nursing staff
</li>
<li>
Monitor clinical outcomes and workflow improvements
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
</li>
<li>
Participate in performance evaluations and leadership initiatives
</li>
</ul>
