Job Summary\n
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n

- Float to the Laguna Facility as required.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:25.
- Coordinate care for up to 25 patients daily, ensuring effective discharge planning.
- Organize and participate in family meetings to develop treatment plans.
- Independently arrange DME, SNF, and ambulance transport.
- Maneuver through Epic charting system to document patient information.

Qualifications\n

- Active California RN license, pending acceptance allowed.
- Minimum of 2 years acute medical Care Manager experience.
- Experience with Epic charting system required.
- Travel experience required; first-timers not accepted.
- Knowledge of CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, and patient care regulations.
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays.
