Qualifications:

Active California Speech Language Pathologist licensure required
ASHA CCCs or eligibility strongly preferred
Experience working in K-12 school environments
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to travel between different schools within the district
Knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to speech and language services in educational settings

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Consult with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
Travel to multiple schools within the district as assigned
