We thrive in a welcoming culture within an utterly flat organization. How flat? Nobody has ever or will ever make a living with Boarhog watching other associates do work. There are no company Presidents, Vice Presidents, or supervisors doing desk checks. The word "employee" is not spoken and appears nowhere in company documents, because every one of is is an associate. We demonstrate a vested interest in our associates' personal and professional goals and aspirations, taking pride in the resulting exceedingly low associate turnover rate (we're not a staffing company body shop... there are no recruiters paid to jam warm bodies in seats), so we thrive at the top of the learning curve. Boarhog's Managing Member and co-founder served 21 years on active duty as a U.S. Navy SWO and is a member of the Navy's Acquisition Professional Community with many decades of public sector acquisition experience.
