We are a busy auto body shop located in La Puente, CA (91744) looking for an experienced and reliable Automotive Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, priming, color matching, and applying paint finishes to vehicles to meet high industry standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

- Inspect vehicles for paint repair work and prepare surfaces (sanding, buffing, masking, and priming).
- Mix, match, and apply paint to vehicle surfaces using professional spray equipment.
- Ensure seamless paint transitions, accurate color matching, and flawless clear coats.
- Inspect completed work for quality, runs, overspray, or imperfections and correct as needed.
- Maintain paint equipment, spray booth, and safety gear in clean, working condition.
- Follow safety guidelines regarding hazardous materials and protective equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements\n

- Proven experience as an Automotive Painter in a collision center or body shop.
- Proficiency with paint prep, spray guns, color mixing, and booth operation.
- Strong attention to detail and high standard for quality finish.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job (bending, lifting, standing for long periods).
- Reliable transportation to our shop in La Puente, CA.
