Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for customer and franchise accounts, including order status, inventory availability, pricing, promotions, and account inquiries.
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, product availability, and delivery discrepancies.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and documentation within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while providing efficient, solution-oriented support.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through professional communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, order processing, or account support experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, e-commerce, or POS systems is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
