Are you energetic, passionate about working with kids, and excited about education? B.C.D. Academy is looking for an After School Teacher to join our team.
About the Role
You'll teach and guide students independently during after school hours with energy and enthusiasm.
You'll provide homework tutoring support, create engaging learning experiences, and maintain a safe, organized classroom environment.
You'll support our school pickup logistics by accompanying the driver on pickups and helping optimize the process.
You'll also collaborate with team members to ensure every child receives quality care and instruction.
What We're Looking For
Energized and passionate about kids and educational business
Solid understanding of the American elementary school system
Organized, reliable, and punctual with strong character and integrity
Educational background with experience in positive discipline and empathy-based instruction
Ability to tutor students and support homework help
Comfortable teaching kids independently without direct supervision
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear language kids understand
Creative thinker who solves problems and thinks outside the box
Flexible and adaptable to changing needs
Willing to accompany driver on school pickups and help optimize logistics
Valid driver's license (for backup support as needed)
