Experience: 3+ years in semiconductor testing / ATE environments

Key Skills:

- Advantest 93K ATE systems
- Equipment troubleshooting & maintenance
- Handler / prober setup and docking/undocking
- ATE calibration and system health checks
- Semiconductor testing
- Linux environment – Required
- SmarTest 8 – Preferred
- Basic ATE hardware troubleshooting
- Willingness to work overtime/shifts as needed
