Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, especially within pharma or healthcare
- Experience with promotional review platforms like Veeva (highly preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a knack for editing
- Proven project management and meeting facilitation skills
- Knowledge of FDA regulations related to pharmaceutical marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple brands and review processes independently
