What You'll Do
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our clients and supporting our advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Managing general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Supporting audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Staying up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
