Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lodi, CA

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services across an interdisciplinary care environment.
What You’ll Do:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function

Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams

Supervise support staff and assistants as appropriate

Assist in tracking and reporting patient outcomes
What You’ll Bring:

Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology required
-
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice required

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
-
ASHA certification preferred
-
2 years of SLP experience preferred

Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
