POSITION OVERVIEW
A flexible Operations team member who supports both hands-on warehouse work and detail-oriented computer tasks. The role assists with fulfillment, receiving, inventory handling, document review, and routine system entry. The ideal candidate can move comfortably between warehouse-floor and desk-based work as priorities change.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Fulfillment: Pick, pack, scan, label, stage, and ship orders accurately; verify SKU, quantity, destination, packaging, and shipment instructions.
· Warehouse Support: Assist with putaway, replenishment, inventory organization, cycle counts, shipment preparation, and general warehouse upkeep.
· Receiving Support: Count and stage inbound merchandise; match goods and supporting documents to purchase orders and packing lists; escalate discrepancies.
· Data Entry: Perform routine, accurate entry in Cin7 Core and other approved systems after training and within assigned permissions.
· Document Validation: Compare POs, SOs, packing lists, invoices, customer documents, and system records to identify obvious mismatches.
· Team Flexibility: Shift between warehouse and administrative work based on daily workload and business priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS & CANDIDATE PROFILE
· Warehouse, fulfillment, receiving, inventory, clerical, data-entry, retail stockroom, or related operations experience preferred.
· Comfortable using a computer and learning inventory, WMS, shipping, or order-management systems; Cin7 Core experience is a plus, not required.
· Strong attention to numbers, SKUs, quantities, addresses, and documents.
· Able to compare information across documents and recognize when something does not match.
· Organized, dependable, and willing to perform hands-on warehouse and desk-based administrative work during the same shift.
· Good communication skills and sound judgment about when to ask questions or escalate an exception.
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT & GROWTH
Reports to the Warehouse Logistics Manager. For assigned inventory/data-entry work, the employee may receive process instruction from the Receiving Coordinator. No direct reports.
Growth potential: Future growth may follow either a fulfillment/warehouse path or an inventory/operations support path based on demonstrated strengths and business need.
PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform routine warehouse activities, safely handle cartons and merchandise, work at a computer for portions of the day, and follow company safety and security procedures.
