We're growing fast, and we need a VP of Talent Management to lead the heart of our business: our people.
What You'll Do:
- You'll lead the entire talent lifecycle at MyOutDesk, from the moment a candidate first hears about us to the day they celebrate years of success with a client.
- Follow our existing hiring criteria and ideal client profile. We have 18 years of proven success to build upon, optimize and grow our recruiting, training, and talent funnels in all of our markets
- Work hand in hand with Sales and Client Success teams so every client gets the right person, and every placement starts strong
- Shape and drive a global talent strategy that fuels our growth, with clear goals for increasing pipeline strength (more qualified talent), time-to-fill, placement quality, and retention
- Strengthen MyOutDesk's position as an employer of choice in across Asia, South America and Africa expanding sourcing channels and an employer brand that speaks to each market's culture and language
- Refine assessments that truly predict success, covering skills, English, Spanish, and French proficiency, soft skills, and culture fit
- Elevate onboarding and upskilling programs that prepare your talent for North American business norms, tools, and communication styles
- Keep your people engaged and growing through career paths, performance management, recognition, and a real sense of community, even when everyone works remotely
- Make sure we stay compliant with labor laws in every country where we recruit, partnering with legal and finance
- Optimize our HRIS, and assessment tools, and build dashboards that show leadership exactly how our talent engine is performing
What We're Looking For:
- You have 10+ years in talent acquisition, talent management, or HR, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- You've worked in BPO, staffing, outsourcing, or remote workforce environments, and high-volume recruiting doesn't scare you
- You've hired and managed talent in the Philippines, Latin America, or North Africa, and ideally more than one of these regions
- You've led distributed, multicultural teams and know how to build trust across distance
- You understand what US and Canadian clients expect from remote talent, and you know how to close the gap
- You love data and use it to make decisions about recruiting and retention
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English. Spanish or French? Even better.
- You thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company where you'll build just as much as you manage
