Shift: Day, 5×8s, Monday–Friday
Hours: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM; schedule/start times rotate
Call: None

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Provide unit-based nursing leadership.
- Supervise and direct nursing and ancillary staff.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff.
- Ensure safe, cost-effective, high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and improve patient outcomes, safety, and patient satisfaction.
- Use independent professional and supervisory judgment.

Required Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active RN license in the state of practice — Required
- AHA BLS or ARC BLS — Required
- ACLS — Required
- PALS — Required
- 2+ years of charge/lead experience — Required
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills — Required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education/related experience — Required

Preferred\n

- Master's degree
- 5 years of technical experience
- Trauma experience — Preferred because this is a Trauma Center
- Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification
- CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor
