Job Description
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. The OT will focus on improving residents’ independence with activities of daily living and supporting safe functional mobility.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments
</li>
<li>
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
</li>
<li>
Address ADLs including dressing, bathing, toileting, and transfers
</li>
<li>
Recommend adaptive equipment and safety strategies
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams
</li>
<li>
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Active California Occupational Therapist license
</li>
<li>
SNF or post-acute experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
</li>
</ul>
