San Jose metro area – Internal Medicine physician

<li>100% outpatient setting.&nbsp; Adult focused practice</li>
\n
<li>Salary is up to $275,000 depending on experience, training and hours worked</li>
\n
<li>Can be IM or FM trained.&nbsp; BE/BC</li>
\n
<li>Mainly adult patients but group accepts ages 5 and above</li>
\n
<li>EPIC EMR</li>
\n
<li>Average 20-25 patients per day</li>
\n
<li>Flexible scheduling available.&nbsp; Clinic is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (1 hour for lunch)</li>
\n
<li>No calls or nights</li>
\n
<li>Normal benefits package with malpractice insurance, health, dental, vision, 401K with immediate vesting, 15 days PTO/sick time, 11 holidays.&nbsp; Group will approve all CME expenses and encourages online CME.</li>

<li>Group has one MD and 3 NP’s currently</li>
\n
<li>Relocation is negotiable&nbsp;</li>
