We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and customer-focused bartender to join our team at Norma's Italian Kitchen in our newest location in La Quinta! We're a family owned and operated restaurant focused on freat food, handcrafted cocktails, and exceptional service. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time bartenders with evening availabiity.

If you're passionate about creating great drinks, providing excellen customer service and thrive in a fast-paced enviornment, we'd love to meet with you.

Responsibilites

-Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine and other beverages to both your tables and other servers in the restaurant

-Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service while building relationships with guests

-Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

-Collaberate with management on bar inventory

-Follow all food safety, sanitation and restaurant procedures,

Qualifications

-At least 2 years of previous bartending and serving experience

-Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage preperation

-Excellent customer customer service and communication skills

-Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced enviornment

-Must be 21 years or older
