Key Responsibilities:

- Own, define, and execute the product roadmap for a critical enterprise software suite.
- Collaborate tightly with elite engineering and design teams to rapidly ship high-quality, high-impact features.
- Operate with a hands-on approach: continuously test the product, analyze user workflows, and proactively drive enhancements.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients and the Sales organization to capture user feedback, identify market gaps, and prioritize the feature pipeline.
- Analyze market trends and deal outcomes to ensure the platform maintains its competitive edge and market leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in a technical, quantitative, or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
- 2+ years of dedicated Product Management experience in a fast-paced software, SaaS, or technology environment.
- Exceptional bias for action with a proven track record of shipping complex software products on aggressive timelines.
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity with resilience.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively aligning cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in a collaborative office environment.
