Job Description

Our client, a nationally recognized AEC firm, is seeking 3 PM's to join their Orange County Studios:

  • Project Manager - Conventional
  • \n

  • Project Manager – Amenities
  • \n

  • Project Manager - Construction Administration / CA
  • \n

\n

The amenity roles focus heavily on the technical execution and production side of high-end amenity and interior projects, the conventional will focus on production, taking projects from Design to CA & the CA PM oversees the construction process.

\n


\n

NOTE

\n

• Fully Onsite in Central Orange County – Hybrid or Remote not available

\n

• 10+ years of relevant experience required

\n

• Interior architecture / interiors experience required for amenities positions

\n

• Multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use or amenity project experience preferred

\n

• CA experience required for the CA PM

\n

\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

• Manage projects from Design Development through Construction Administration

\n

• Oversee schedules, budgets, scopes, and project coordination

\n

• Lead communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

\n

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including interiors, consultants, and engineers

\n

• Oversee project documentation, permitting, and construction administration activities

\n

• Manage RFIs, submittals, site visits, and consultant coordination

\n

• Ensure quality control and production efficiency across project deliverables

\n

• Mentor and support junior team members

\n


\n

WHAT YOU BRING

\n

• 10+ years of Project Management experience within Architecture

\n

• Revit proficiency

\n

• Strong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and building systems

\n

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

\n

• Collaborative mindset with strong coordination abilities

\n


\n

Compensation Range: $110k–$150k

\n
