Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

- A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health principles.
- Proven expertise in addressing the emotional and psychological needs of diverse patient populations, particularly in virtual environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients as well as collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices, brief therapy models, and ethical standards relevant to the counseling field.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, remote work environment while managing a varied caseload effectively.
