Role Description The Procurement Coordinator/Office Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This position supports the design team by managing purchasing processes, tracking orders, and coordinating deliveries and installations for residential projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and issuing purchase orders, maintaining vendor relationships, organizing project documentation, and reconciling invoices and receipts. The role also includes general office management tasks such as maintaining office supplies, organizing samples, scheduling meetings, and assisting with project timelines. The coordinator works closely with designers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and accurate, timely procurement.\n

- Candidates should possess skills in Procurement and Purchasing, including experience managing Purchase Orders and vendor coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track budgets, monitor order status, and resolve discrepancies in invoices and deliveries.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with designers, vendors, and clients and to clearly document project and purchasing details.
- Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced design environment.
- Experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field is beneficial, especially in residential projects and furnishings.
- Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, cloud-based file systems, design industry platforms) is preferred.
- Previous experience in office management or coordinator roles is an asset, particularly in small studio or creative environments.
