Job Description

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Team Drivers for dedicated OTR routes based out of Ontario, California. Out-of-area applicants are welcome—we will pay for your travel to Ontario, CA, for onboarding and paid orientation.

Run dedicated long-haul routes with your co-driver, averaging approximately 5,800 miles per week per truck, with a weekly return to the Ontario, CA domicile.

GUARANTEED WEEKLY PAY—PER DRIVER

Your verifiable CDL-A/OTR experience determines your guaranteed weekly compensation:

Eligible drivers can earn a performance bonus of up to 15%, bringing potential weekly compensation to:

$1,500 tier: Up to $1,725 per driver
$1,750 tier: Up to $2,012.50 per driver
$2,000 tier: Up to $2,300 per driver

Potential annual compensation of up to approximately $119,600 per driver. Annual amounts assume 52 paid weeks; performance bonuses depend on eligibility and results.

This position is based in Ontario, CA. Weekly return refers to the Ontario domicile, rather than each driver’s home city. Company-paid travel is for initial onboarding and orientation.

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum six months of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer/OTR experience
Clean driving record
Current DOT medical certification
Must meet company and DOT safety requirements
Must be comfortable operating as part of a two-driver OTR team
