Position Summary
An internationally recognized Brazilian steakhouse is opening a brand-new restaurant inside Serramonte Center in Daly City, California, and we're hiring Servers for our Grand Opening Team!
We're looking for energetic, dependable, hospitality-minded people who enjoy connecting with guests and delivering attentive service. As a Server, you'll guide guests through our Brazilian steakhouse dining experience and work closely with your teammates to make every visit memorable.
Whether you bring restaurant experience or are ready to build your hospitality career, you'll receive paid training and support from experienced restaurant leaders.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and explain the restaurant's dining experience
- Learn the food and beverage menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Take and enter orders accurately
- Coordinate with gaucho chefs, bartenders, and other teammates to maintain smooth service
- Monitor tables, refill beverages, and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal
- Communicate food allergies, dietary requests, and guest concerns to the appropriate team members
- Present checks and process payments accurately
- Maintain clean, organized service areas and assist with opening and closing responsibilities
- Follow restaurant service, food-safety, and responsible alcohol-service standards

- Ability to manage multiple tables and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training
- Restaurant or customer-service experience is welcomed, with opportunities available for candidates at varying experience levels
- Ability to meet applicable food-handler and alcohol-service requirements
Compensation & Training
