What You Will Do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for a mixed caseload (primarily pediatrics and early intervention, with some adult patients).
• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation for evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• (If CCC-SLP) Provide mentorship or supervision as the clinic grows.

What We Are Looking For:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active California state SLP license (or eligible).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is strongly preferred to help boost and anchor our practice.
• Note: We are open to strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates who are passionate about our patient population and eager to learn.
• Experience or strong interest in Early Intervention and Pediatrics.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive, and steady-paced environment.
