Remote Triage RN Supervisor
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of triage nurses, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure exceptional patient care and outcome

Collaborate with healthcare providers, familes, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care coordination

Develop and implement effective triage protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development

Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to patient care and customer service
Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of California

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a triage or supervisor role

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare software systems
