Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician – School-Based | Lancaster, CA | $24/hr
ProCare Therapy is hiring a Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician for a school-based position in Lancaster, California. This role offers consistent hours and the opportunity to support students with behavioral and academic needs in a collaborative educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct classroom and behavioral support to students
- Assist with implementing behavior intervention plans and student support strategies
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral goals
- Collect and document behavioral data and student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
- Help foster a safe, positive, and productive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous school-based, ABA, or behavioral support experience preferred
- Experience supporting students with intensive behavioral needs is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $24/hr
- Guaranteed 30–35 hours per week
- Weekly pay
