Human Resources Project Supervisor
Location: Redlands, CA
Salary: $70,304 annually
Travel: Extensive nationwide travel required
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, dependable, and highly organized Human Resources Project Supervisor to support and oversee multiple HR projects across locations nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable traveling extensively while working with teams across different locations and time zones.
The Human Resources Project Supervisor will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, communicate with employees and leadership, deliver professional presentations, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. The successful candidate must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure while shifting priorities as business needs change.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple Human Resources projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
- Travel extensively nationwide to support HR initiatives, projects, and operational needs.
- Work effectively across different time zones and remain available as needed to support business operations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for project-related communication between HR, operations, department leaders, and senior management.
- Develop project plans, timelines, presentations, reports, and other professional HR documentation.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to senior management, department leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively develop solutions.
- Shift priorities quickly while maintaining organization, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Communicate project updates, expectations, deadlines, and results clearly to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR projects.
- Support the implementation of HR processes, programs, and initiatives across multiple locations.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with company objectives, timelines, and established standards.
- Handle sensitive and confidential HR information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide on-call support as required, including outside of standard business hours.
- Build strong working relationships with employees, HR teams, operations leaders, and senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in Human Resources, project coordination, operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong public-speaking and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to create polished, professional PowerPoint presentations for senior management and department leaders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and working in high-pressure environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and provide on-call support when needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive HR matters.
Schedule & Travel Requirements
- Extensive nationwide travel is required.
- Must be comfortable working across different time zones.
- Must be available for on-call support as business needs require.
- Must be flexible to adjust schedules and priorities based on project requirements.
- Blackout period: October through February. Extended time off or vacation may be restricted during this period due to business and project demands.
