Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler I to join our manufacturing team in Pleasanton, CA. In this role, you will help produce life-saving medical devices in a clean, quality-driven manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Assemble, repair, and test medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related components.
- Follow detailed work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production, traveler, and quality documentation.
- Ensure product traceability and report quality concerns promptly.
- Handle small parts and components with precision and care.
- Operate within a clean and organized manufacturing environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and visitors.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Assist in meeting production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
