Looking for a school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) job with a consistent weekday schedule? Join a K-12 school program in Temple City, CA where you'll provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support while helping students succeed in the classroom.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support
Follow behavior intervention plans along with IEP and 504 goals
Use ABA strategies to reinforce positive behaviors
Document student progress and maintain accurate records
Work closely with teachers, school staff, and supervisors
Help create a structured, supportive learning environment

What You'll Bring

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs preferred
ABA or special education experience in a school, home, or clinical setting is a plus
CPI certification is helpful but not required
Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented approach
