Job DescriptionAbout the Job:At NorCal Aquarium and Wildlife Adventures, we are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Services/Sales Team Member to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.
$20/hour + bonus opportunity.
We’re growing and looking for motivated sales professionals who want stable hourly pay and real bonus upside.
This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations, strong support, and the opportunity to earn $1,000+ in bonuses per pay period during peak times.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers and actively sell our products/services.
- Build rapport, identify needs, and confidently close sales.
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Accurately document interactions and results.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and energy.
What Success Looks Like:
- You’re comfortable starting conversations and asking for the sale.
- You take feedback well and use coaching to improve results.
- You stay motivated by goals, bonuses, and friendly competition.
- You understand that sales performance directly impacts earnings.
Pay & Incentives:
- $20 per hour starting pay.
- Generous bonus structure based on performance.
- Top performers can earn $1,000 or more in bonuses per pay period during peak times.
- Reliable hourly income + upside (not commission-only).
Schedule: Scheduling will be discussed during the interview process and may include evenings and/or weekends, depending on business needs
