Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Technician to support a manufacturing facility in Irvine. This position is responsible for maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting overall facility operations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, mechanically skilled, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do

Maintain sophisticated prescription laboratory equipment, high-vacuum coaters, RO/DI water systems, automated equipment, and air compressors.

Troubleshoot and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems.

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance according to established SOPs.

Maintain building systems, including plumbing and facility equipment.

Respond quickly to equipment downtime to help maintain at least 95% equipment uptime.

Address safety concerns involving electrical, HVAC/R, mechanical systems, hazardous waste, chemicals, and general facility operations.

Follow all applicable safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.

Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment issues accurately.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of maintenance experience preferred.

Strong understanding of electromechanical equipment.

Experience using digital volt-ohm meters (DVOMs), laptops, hand tools, and power tools.

Valid California driver's license.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, stand, and perform other physical activities throughout the shift.

Available to work Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM.
