Qualifications we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP license (or eligibility) in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based experience or strong interest in working within educational settings
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, student-focused environment
What your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Delivering evidence-based therapy to help students improve speech, language, and communication skills
- Partnering with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure whole-child care
