Compensation
\n
- \n
- $175,000-$185,000 OTE = ($95,000 to $105,000 base salary + $80,000 at-quota commission)
- Up to $60,000 on top of OTE in annual utilization bonus potential
- Total compensation potential of $235,000+
- $500 monthly vehicle allowance
- Fuel reimbursement
- Commissions and bonuses are paid monthly

Approximately 80% of commission opportunity is tied to the company’s primary diagnostic platform and is uncapped. Remaining commission opportunity is based on additional testing services and is capped at 200% of target.

- Our client is a rapidly growing diagnostics company providing advanced testing services across urology, women’s health, gastroenterology, oncology, and other physician specialties.
- The company’s differentiated urinary tract infection testing platform helps healthcare providers identify pathogens and make more informed antibiotic-treatment decisions for patients with complex or recurring infections. Continued adoption within urology practices has created an opportunity to expand the company’s presence throughout the Pacific Northwest.
- This is a field-based, individual-contributor sales position focused on opening new physician-office accounts and increasing testing utilization within existing customers. The Territory Manager will work directly with urologists, practice managers, advanced practice providers, nurses, and office staff.

Responsibilities
\n

- Develop new business through consistent face-to-face prospecting within urology practices.
- Leverage established urology relationships to secure introductions, meetings, evaluations, and new accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with physicians, practice managers, clinical staff, and other decision-makers.
- Educate healthcare providers on the company’s diagnostic testing capabilities, clinical value, and account implementation process.
- Increase testing utilization within existing customer accounts.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan based on market opportunity, account potential, and sales goals.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, account records, activity reporting, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with customer support, commercial operations, and other internal teams to successfully onboard and support accounts.
- Represent the company professionally at physician offices, meetings, and relevant industry events.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of successful healthcare field sales experience.
- Direct experience selling to urologists and urology practices.
- An established network of urologists, practice managers, or other urology-office contacts within the territory.
- Demonstrated success developing new physician-office business through in-person prospecting.
- Documented sales performance, such as quota attainment, territory growth, new-account acquisition, awards, or sales rankings.
- Experience managing a geographic sales territory independently.
- Ability to communicate clinical and technical information clearly to physicians and office staff.
- Willingness to travel throughout Washington, Oregon, Northern Idaho, and part of Montana.
- Ability to complete approximately four to eight overnight stays per month.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of automobile insurance.

Preferred Experience

- Diagnostic testing or laboratory-services sales experience.
- Experience growing testing or product utilization within existing physician accounts.
- Additional relationships within women’s health, gastroenterology, oncology, endocrinology, or primary care.
- Experience selling a clinically differentiated service that requires provider education and changes to existing workflows.

- Success in this position requires persistent new-business prospecting, polished communication with healthcare providers, disciplined territory planning, and the ability to increase utilization after an account is opened.
- This role is best suited to a proven field salesperson who enjoys working independently, spending time in physician offices, solving customer problems, and being directly rewarded for territory growth.
